When a user is added as a SaaS user (on-boarded for the first time), they will
- Receive a registration email.
- Enter and confirm their password
By clicking the email link, the user will be prompted to enter and confirm their password.
The user is now registered.
Practice admin user
As part of the on-boarding process an admin user will be set up as a registered user. The practice admin will be responsible for adding and configuring the other users.
Expired tokens
If a user is unable to register as the token issued has expired, then a SaaS Administrator can remove a user from the practice and re-add to re-issue the registration token and re-send the registration email.
