Once the SaaS site is set up for use, follow these steps to set up your system so users may start entering time:
- Employee Positions
Make sure users are assigned to Positions. - Configure the default Rates and Positions schedule
- Configure time categories
Note: Default system time categories are already configured. - Assign time categories to each Job
- Onboard users
Once these steps are complete, users may now enter time.
Warning messages
If all the above setup has not been completed, a user will receive a warning notification when entering time.
