Prerequisite
A practice admin user has been set up with permission to onboard other practice users. The practice admin user will first need to complete registration.
The steps to add additional users are as follows:
- Add users to the Insol 6 desktop software
The user must exist in the Insolvency database.
- Users must have an email address
- Users may be Inactive (in the desktop software)
You may have extra inactive users added to the desktop software and these can be registered for Timekeeping. You will need to make sure you have separate Timekeeping users registered.
- The "Position Title" will determine the default rates used when entering time entries
- Users must have an email address
- To onboard a User onto the Timekeeping SaaS web platform

- A user will appear in the SaaS application as "Available users" in the LHS "User" menu
- Click the "Add to practice" button
- The user will receive an email to register and set their password
- Update the user's roles, giving them access to products
(add the role "Timekeeping User" and "SaaS User")
- Add the user to positions

On-boarded users may now enter time.
