Provided the External DMS is active for a job, you may "upload" or "re-upload" documents that already exist in document management.
You may want to do this in the following circumstances:
- there has been an error uploading a document, or
- there are pre-existing documents within Insolvency document management and you want to add them to the DMS.
To re-upload a document:
- Locate the document
Navigate the the document in the insolvency document management tab.
- Open the document properties
Right-click on the document and select "Document Properties"
The document properties form appears.
- Click Save and Exit
The document will now be uploaded to the DMS.
