Importing Creditor Amounts

There are additional methods to update the following:

• Advised Amounts
• Claimed Amounts
• Dividend Amounts

The process is:

1. Export a creditor spreadsheet
2. Add one of the following columns to the spreadsheet
   
   1. AdvisedAmount
   2. ClaimedAmount
   3. DividendAmount
3. From the creditor register use the appropriate import option from the "Importing" tab

The "dividend amounts" import will populate the "Proposed Div" column in the dividend register to allow you to then pay a dividend
